Not sure about this one

My hair has been driving me crazy, so I decided I wanted something different. Only problem was, I wasn't sure what I wanted. I was thinking something between inverted bob and pixie cut.

This is what I ended up with...

I can't decide if I like it or not. I haven't tried styling it myself, save pushing it behind my ears (the stylist brushed it forward).

Why do I do stuff like this just before a big event in our lives?

We go on our cruise in 10 days - what if this new 'do hasn't grown on me by then? I'll have photos to look at for years and years where I am thinking, "Ugh, Nicole, what were you thinking?"

So, be honest, people. Seriously. Is this a good look for me (based on age, face shape, etc.). I plan to highlight it within the next week, which I think will help.

It's just hair and it will grow out, so I can go back to something similar to what I had. Right?

In the meantime?

I like it. I think you have the face shape to pull it off and I think you look great.

I think it looks very nice. The profile shot is great. If I had to choose? I like it a little bit longer. Your face is thin (you are thin) and I think a little length softens it. You are fortunate that you can pull-off many looks!

And I find that anytime I get a haircut that in one week it's just right. I don't understand it but for some reason 7 days really helps. So hang in there, I'm sure it will grow on you. Plus it looks so cute and easy to style. I'm sure it will be a great look for the cruise!

I think it totally works. Drastic changes always take getting used to and take some playing around with. Personally, I think it really suits your face.

Nicole, I really like it (and this is coming from someone who really has a thing for long hair!). You look young, stylish, carefree and very no-fuss pretty!

It's very short and I liked your longer hairstyle. I think this one would be better without the hair pushed behind your ears as it wouldn't make it look quite so short.

I did an impulsive hair cut right before we went to Jamaica and still regret it 2 yrs later.
