In a nutshell, you become a content producer and submit articles. You can submit for upfront payment, which usually doesn't equate to more than a few bucks, but it's something - or you can just submit for page view payments. Then as you get page views, you earn monthly performance bonuses.

i'll check it out, I just realized that I've already visited the content of that sight a number of times already without realizing it.

You inspired me to become a member there also! Should be interesting, right? I love doing tutorials, maybe I'll try doing something like that.
